What personal data we collect and why we collect it
We collect information you provide directly, including name, email address, phone number, and shipping address (for physical product orders), through our checkout, booking, and contact forms. We also collect payment information, which is processed securely by PayPal and Stripe — we do not store your full payment card details on our servers. Booking information (service selected, appointment time, notes) is collected through our booking system, Bookly. Some services may involve health-related information you choose to share with us for the purpose of providing your requested wellness consultation or protocol; this information is kept confidential and used solely to deliver the service you’ve booked.
We also collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and general location, used for fraud prevention, tax estimation, and shipping calculations. While browsing our store, we track products you’ve viewed to help improve your shopping experience, and use cookies to maintain your cart contents.
If you purchase a Gift Certificate, we collect the sender’s name, recipient’s name and email address, gift message, and amount, in order to process and deliver the gift card.
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email for security purposes.
Comments
We do not currently enable public comments on our site.
Media
If you upload images or files through any form on our site, these are stored securely and are not made publicly accessible unless explicitly required for the service requested.
Contact forms
When you submit a contact form, we collect your name, email, and message content. We retain contact form submissions for up to 12 months for customer service purposes and do not use this information for marketing without your separate consent.
Cookies
Our site uses cookies necessary for core functionality, including shopping cart and checkout (WooCommerce), booking session management (Bookly), and site analytics (Google Analytics). Our site also uses caching technology (LiteSpeed Cache with QUIC.cloud) to improve site performance; cached data is temporary and is not accessed by third parties except as necessary for technical support.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand site traffic and improve our services. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using their browser add-on, available at Google’s official opt-out page.

Lécure Wellness operates as a US-based business. Data may be processed by our service providers (PayPal, Stripe, Bookly, Zoho, Google Analytics, QUIC.cloud) which may store or process data in the United States or other jurisdictions in accordance with their own privacy policies.
